We had a fantastic experience with Window Ninjas! They power washed our house and cleaned our dryer vents, and everything looks great. I was especially impressed by how careful they were around all of the gardens and landscaping surrounding our house. They took the time to work around the plants without damaging anything, which I really appreciated. They were thorough, professional, and clearly took pride in doing the job well. Excellent Work & Exceptional Care I had the pleasure of using this company to power wash my elderly mom’s home, and it was such a pleasant experience all the way around. I don’t live in her same town (Huntersville, NC) but this company is a franchise location in Charlotte, NC actually formed from a company we have used ourselves for years in Wilmington, NC - so I already knew the quality of their work and trusted them to send there. Lewis proved to be well placed. He was incredibly kind, patient and most respectful. He genuinely went above and beyond. His professionalism gave me such peace of mind, and that is something I truly appreciate. Of course, the house looks fabulous! His work was thorough, detailed, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company - so glad they’re in that area now too!

Overall, we had a good experience and were pleased with the majority of the work completed. The team cleaned our dryer vent, windows/window frames and screens, and pressure washed our back porch. The dryer vent cleaning was thorough and efficient, and most of the windows and porch turned out very well. I especially appreciated that they were able to accommodate our last-minute requests to add screen cleaning and pressure washing to the job. The reason for four stars rather than five is that a few details were missed. Several window screens were not fully put back into place, a moldy window in my daughter’s bedroom was overlooked, and a dirty section of the back porch was missed during pressure washing. The overall cleaning was good, but the job felt a little rushed toward the end, and I would have appreciated a more thorough final check to make sure everything had been completed. That said, they were responsive, accommodating, and did a good job overall. With a little more attention to detail, this would have easily been a five-star experience.
