Two years I trusted on on Window Ninja’s to pressure wash the house and clean the roof top vented dryer vent (sigh what were building inspectors thinking approving this). Outstanding service both times. Will probably switch dryer vent cleaning to every 2nd or 3rd year based on experience now but highly recommended. House looks great, algae, mold, mildue, dirt all gone—no we’re not filthy people, this is life in Wilmi.

2 young men, on-time, respectful, friendly, good teamwork. Before they arrived I removed all obstacles in & out around the windows, moved furniture, trimmed bushes. Upon arrival,they removed 1/2 screens from windows and set aside. One man Powerwashed the exterior, while the 2nd man did the interior windows. They let the exterior house dry, then they did the exterior windows. Windows were spotless. Siding was cleaned well, and all my problem areas were addressed. They do not include cleaning the exterior of the white gutters (past service i used cleaned them with soft brushes). Screens were not cleaned & I had to go back and clean the exterior window tracks of wet dirt and bugs. Also noticed a 3 foot area of grass that was bleached when they were using my exterior faucet. I WILL consider Window Ninja for my next service. The price was reasonable, and the exterior looks clean & refreshed.

I thought they did a great job. Although the pricing was confusing. I asked for a price to wash the outside only and the screens. When the guys got here they asked if I wanted the interiors done too and told me that was all part of the price I was quoted so I guess they upsell a bit, but still a good job and I didn't have to do it.
