Two wonderful experiences with Window Ninjas! They thoroughly cleared and cleaned out my dryer vent hose. I worried about it since the line runs UP the wall before crossing the house to exit. It was indeed full of lint. Blake and Skyelar showed me the evidence. My dryer is now safer to run, drying clothes faster! They also power washed our entire house (vinyl siding) plus patio fencing. Can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the fabulous results. Windows and sills-amazing! I highly recommend Window Ninjas!

Window Ninjas does what a company should to be successful. I messaged through their website and received a return call within a few hours. The team (Krystal, Jess and Jacqui) who helped schedule my appointment were kind and efficient; there was never any confusion even though I was communicating with different people. When the technician (Brad) showed up, he was also great to interact with. I was not able to stay through my appointment, but I left feeling confident that I would receive great service. When I called to pay, even the staff who received payment were awesome. Through the experience, everyone was excited and would say things like 'Get ready to be Wowed,' or 'Keep Shining.' I'm not the most chipper type, but I really appreciated this because it assured me that they at least cared about what they were doing. I was truly 'wowed' and plan to schedule other services. Prior to contacting Window Ninjas, I contacted two other highly rated companies. One never showed for the appointment I scheduled and the other did not respond until a week after I contacted them. I'm glad those things happened.
