The technician Braxton took the time to explain (unsolicited) why there were persistent water spots on some of our windows. Turns out they are due to deteriorating exterior metal frames. We had several hard to reach interior windows & Braxton removed his shoes before coming inside. Great customer service.

Came around 9 and left about 2. Braxton was thorough, cheerful, polite, and never stopped. Before he began he confirmed the agreement and cost and then proceeded to explain how he would be going about the process. The windows look great. And, in the end, that's what it's about.
